Here at Electrobright Ltd, our main priority is Customer Delight.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund or replacement we will gladly replace or refund within 30 days of purchase. We ask that the bulbs are returned, unused at the buyers cost, in saleable condition and on receipt, we will arrange the refund or replacement for you.

We will always try to help and replace bulbs if you have ordered the incorrect type or prefer a different colour specification. All we ask is that you return the bulbs at your cost in saleable condition.

We have over 39,000 Positive Customer Feedbacks on Ebay and we will always do everything possible to help, as our goal is to become your preferred supplier on Lighting going forward. 

The warranty on Lighting Legends branded products is 12 months.
